How do I unlock a Money Rummy scratch card?

Open the card's linked task and complete the stated condition within its time limit. Return to the same activity to check that it is ready, then use the reveal or collection action provided.

Can every scratch-card reward be withdrawn?

No. An item may be promotional credit, an in-app reward or another benefit. Its conditions determine how it can be used. A displayed amount alone does not establish a withdrawable cash balance.

Why is a completed task still waiting for collection?

Some activities require a separate claim after completion. Reopen the task, confirm its status and check the collection deadline. If it still appears incomplete, keep the task name and completion time for support.

Will I keep my activity progress after changing phones?
