About Rummy Mate

Rummy Mate makes shared sessions a central part of its card-game app. A room identifier, available seats and chat help your group gather around the same table. The social element begins before the cards: arrange the session, coordinate arrivals and keep the conversation connected to play. Rummy Mate FAQ

My friends cannot join my Rummy Mate room. What should I check?

Confirm the room identifier, game choice and whether a seat is available. A closed or full room may require another session. Similar room names are not enough to identify the same table.

Should I ask about my account in room chat?

Use account support for login or profile problems. Room chat is for the people in that session and may expose details unnecessarily. Keep passwords and verification codes private.

How do I follow up on an unresolved ticket?

Open the existing request and add the new information there. Include its reference and the relevant time or room. Keeping the conversation together makes the history easier to follow.

Why is a resolved ticket still visible?

The ticket can remain as a record of the conversation. Read the resolution and follow-up options before opening another request. If the problem returned, explain what changed and reference the earlier issue.

How do I download Rummy Mate?
