Hello Rummy FAQ

My friend is online but cannot see my Hello Rummy table. Why?

Compare the room identifier, selected game and room availability. Being online does not put two accounts at the same table. If the room is full or closed, your friend may need a new invitation to another room.

How do I invite friends to the right session?

Send the current room identifier and tell them which game or mode you opened. Ask them to confirm the same room before joining. Never share your account password or OTP as a way to bring someone into a table.

Why has an event task not updated after a game?

Check whether the task requires a particular game, room or action within its time window. Allow for any stated processing time. If it still looks wrong, keep the task name and game time for support.

How can I recover my account after changing phones?

Use the login method linked to your original account. Keep the account identifier before switching devices. If your old number is unavailable, use the app's recovery process rather than creating a new account to replace it.

How do I download Hello Rummy?

Tap Download to open the APK link. When the file finishes downloading, open it from Downloads on your Android phone. Keep Play Protect enabled and review the installation prompt.
